Privacy Policy

This page explains what we collect when you send a tip, why we collect it, and what we do not touch. It covers the tip page at gyangaming.com and nothing else.
What we collect

The email field on the form is optional. If you fill it, it is passed to Razorpay so their receipt can reach you. We do not store it on our side.
What we never see
Your card number, CVV, UPI PIN, OTP, net banking password or bank login never touch our site. The payment happens inside Razorpay's own checkout window. We only get back a payment id and a success or failure result.
Nobody from our side will ever call or message you asking for any of these.
Who else gets your data
- Razorpay, our payment processor, handles the transaction and holds the payment details under their own privacy policy.
- The streamer sees the display name and message you chose to show on stream. That is the whole point of a tip alert.
- Our hosting provider stores the site files and logs, as any web host does.
We do not sell your data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not build profiles on you.
Public by design
A tip is a public message. The name and message you enter are meant to appear on a live stream and can be seen, recorded and re-uploaded by anyone watching. If you do not want to be identified, use a nickname.
Cookies and tracking
We set no advertising cookies and run no analytics or tracking scripts on the tip page. Razorpay's checkout may set its own cookies for security and fraud checks while the payment window is open.
How long we keep it
Tip records stay for as long as the streamer needs them for their own records and for handling refund or dispute requests. Rate limiting data is short lived. You can ask us to delete your tip record and we will, unless we are required to keep it for accounting or to settle an open dispute.
Your choices
Write to contact@fusionxcollab.in to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have a tip record deleted. Include the date, amount and display name so we can find it. We reply within 3 working days.
Children
This page is not meant for anyone under 18. If you are a minor, do not send a tip. If money was sent from a parent's or guardian's account without permission, email us and we will look at it under the refund policy.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Continuing to use the tip page after that means you accept the updated version.
