Terms and Conditions

This page sets out the terms on which you may use the tipping page hosted at gyangaming.com ("the Service"), operated by Gyan Gaming ("we", "us"). By sending a tip you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Service.

1. What the Service is

The Service lets a viewer send a voluntary tip to a live-stream content creator. When a tip is completed, an on-screen alert containing the supporter's chosen display name and optional message may be shown on the creator's live stream.

A tip is a voluntary contribution in appreciation of content that has already been published or streamed. It is not a purchase. No physical goods are sold, and nothing is shipped or delivered.

2. What a tip does not buy

• A tip does not create a subscription, membership, or any recurring charge.
• A tip does not entitle you to any product, service, digital item, or account benefit.
• A tip does not guarantee that the creator will read your message aloud, respond to it, or acknowledge it.
• A tip does not give you any ownership, licence, or editorial control over the creator's content.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, using their payment instrument.

You must use a payment method that legally belongs to you. Using someone else's card, account, or UPI ID without their permission is prohibited.

4. Amounts and currency

All amounts are shown and charged in Indian Rupees (INR). The minimum tip is ₹10. The amount displayed at checkout is the amount that will be debited. We do not add any handling charge on top of the amount you select.

5. Messages and conduct

Any display name or message you submit may be shown publicly on a live stream and may be recorded as part of that stream. Do not submit anything that is:

• abusive, hateful, threatening, obscene, or defamatory;
• someone else's personal information, including phone numbers, addresses, or payment details;
• promotional, spam, or a link to an external site;
• unlawful in any other way.

We may hide, edit, shorten, or refuse to display any message at our sole discretion, and we may do so without notice. A message that is not displayed does not entitle you to a refund, except as described in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

6. Payments

Payments are processed by our payment gateway partner. We do not receive, store, or have access to your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN, or bank credentials. Your payment is subject to the gateway's own terms and to the rules of your bank or payment provider.

A tip is treated as complete only when the gateway confirms the payment to us. If your bank debits an amount but the gateway does not confirm it, see our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

7. Refunds

Because a tip is voluntary and is consumed the moment the alert is displayed, tips are generally final. Our full position, including the situations in which we do refund, is set out in the Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Availability

We provide the Service on an "as is" basis. We do not promise that it will be available without interruption or free of errors. We may suspend, change, or withdraw the Service, or close tipping for a particular stream, at any time.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with the Service is limited to the amount of the tip in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from your bank, your internet connection, or the payment gateway.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud or for anything that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Chargebacks and misuse

If you raise a chargeback without first contacting us, we may decline future tips from you. Fraudulent or disputed transactions may be reported to the payment gateway and to the relevant authorities.

11. Privacy

We collect the display name and message you enter, the tip amount, the time of the tip, and, if you choose to provide it, your email address so that we can send you a receipt or contact you about a payment problem. We do not sell this information or use it for marketing. Payment details are handled entirely by the gateway.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version shown on this page at the time you send a tip is the version that applies to that tip. The "last updated" date above tells you when the page last changed.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
